Havoc - Modeling - Texturing/Surfacing

I was given the opportunity by Dupe VFX to model as well as develop the look and create the textures of the main CGI assets for the intro sequence of Gareth Evans latest film, Havoc.

Initially shot in Wales on a remote section of road under a motorway bridge, the sequence features a full CGI recreation of a stylized version of downtown Detroit.

I was briefed with the task of creating a photorealistic look for the various police cars, the run-away truck and various environment elements.

Models were created in Maya, textures were done in Mari, materials were created in Maya/Arnold and rendered in Houdini/Arnold.
